Evonik Creavis GmbH is the corporate unit for strategic innovation of Evonik Industries, a German speciality chemical company. The Innovation Field Membranes of Creavis is running a multiple year program to develop novel polymers for anion-conducting membranes, e.g. for the use in AEM water electrolysis. This research program is part of Evonik’s strategic roadmap for new membrane products for sustainable energy and process solutions and will complement the company’s leading position in membrane technology.

In INNOMEM Evonik is the industrial partner in show case # 9 together University Duisburg-Essen. In this show case Evonik’s membrane polymers will be transferred into a continuous roll-to-roll coating process on pilot line #7 at University of Duisburg-Essen.
